Sorry for this ppl but ...long time no facking see amigo...yes my inner mind has been away for a long frigging time...all because of my pc being down..my baby died but i put her heart into another...so she has been reborn..and secondly i started a new job and it had/has me pretty darn busy on a day so on nights i'm too whipped to even think of anything more than washing my aching body...oh yea and i started back playing badminton seriously so that's another reason why my ass is always tired and feeling beaten up..at least i'm getting back really fit and regaining my peak of stamina( can't get enough of that nuh ;) ).
On the note of working out..i haven't gone in the gym in a week..yes that is alot for me cause i normally go 1 -3 times a week..now i starting to get back lop sided since my left arm and shoulder are huge and my right is smaller..a racquet sport ppl..not jerking..sthupse..take your minds out of the chocolate channel..my gosh..i jerk with the right to even it back out for god's sake..hahahaha
anyways life's been full of trauma ...if i were to write it all out now u would drop to sleep..definitely. so in summary i will just tell u this: Car, Work, Woman, Family and last but not least Woman once more...i write a better summary than cxc yuh clooowwwnn..
anyways enogh of my blabbering I'll shout u later and i promise I'll keep my happenings up to date..cause i know a few malicious ppl going to be looking forward to that like *cough* Wharton*cough*
